How much does shipping cost?

Gym Jewellery offers free delivery within New Zealand for all orders. Orders to Australia will be charged a flat fee of $20. All other international orders will be charged a flat fee of $30.

How long will my delivery take?

As all pieces are hand crafted to order please allow 5-7 business days for manufacturing. Depending on location, orders will then be sent out on overnight courier.

What could delay my order?

Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders promptly, at high demand periods, particularly during sales or periods like Christmas, there may be a delay. We will keep you updated via email and will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order within the above allocated timeframe.

We work hard to protect our customer’s personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 1 – 2 business days before being approved for shipment.

What payments do you accept?

We accept payment by PayPal and direct Internet Banking. The transaction will appear on your statement as Gym Jewellery.

Where is my order?

View the status of your orders on the My Account page. You will need to either login or provide your order number and last name.

Returns & Cancellations

What if I have changed my mind about an item?

As your item is hand-crafted to order we would recommend you choose wisely and appreciate that there is extensive time and effort put into your significant piece. In this regard, we do not offer refunds unless there is a fault with the product. For more information, please see β€˜What if my item is faulty’ below.

What if my item is faulty?

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with your name, order number and contact phone number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What if the item I received is not the one I ordered?

If you have received an item different to the one that you ordered, please contact us with your name, order number and contact phone number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I return my purchase if I adhere to the above criteria?

Please contact us with your name, order number and contact phone number.Β  Items should be returned in their original packaging with a copy of your returns slip or shipping or order confirmation email in the package.

All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept cash on delivery returns. We require that returned items are insured during delivery to safeguard against loss. Gym Jewellery will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.

All returns are subject to inspection by our jeweller Kenny McArthur before a refund is processed. We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order, excluding any delivery charges, within 15 business days of receiving your returned item.

How long do I have to return my purchase?

You may return new items purchased from Gym Jewellery within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to our refund policy.

When will I receive a refund?

We will process your refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Your financial institution may take additional time to transfer funds back into your account.

How will I be refunded?

We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order and your refund will be credited into the same account your payment originated from.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed ?

If you wish to cancel an order after you have placed it, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to stop any non-shipped items in your order from being sent. However, this will not always be possible.

Items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled from your order.
